PLC programming, cellular telemetry, and VTScada development for a municipal water system.
Outcome: All 12 sites on one VTScada system in summer 2024. The City has since bought a GDS service plan.

Two SLC 500 PLCs replaced with CompactLogix 5380 controllers, with Wonderware communications updated to match.
Outcome: Both PLCs converted over three days in January 2026. The plant was back in automatic shortly after.

A redundant VTScada system replaced an Intellution FIX32 HMI at an operating wastewater plant, running in parallel until cutover.
Outcome: Mid-1990s FIX32 replaced with redundant VTScada. Both wastewater plants live by November 2020.

Outcome: Third-party controls replaced with PAACS for four barriers in 2023. The base has since bought more PAACS equipment.

A seven-controller encrypted PAACS for two BAK-14 barriers on the runway Fort Smith Regional Airport shares with Ebbing Air National Guard Base.
Outcome: New encrypted PAACS installed July 2024. The base later bought a replacement unit after a pit flood.

Outcome: Second-runway barrier added to the base's existing PAACS. Contract closed out in February 2024.
