Where do your parts come from?
Every part we sell is new and comes from Motorola. Send the part number from your label if you want us to confirm it matches your installed equipment before you order.
How do I confirm a part matches my installed RTU?
Send the full part number from the label, including any revision suffix, along with photographs of the label and backplane. A CPU model, a spare assembly and a complete RTU can carry different order codes, so we compare the installed configuration before confirming a replacement.
Can GDS supply a complete ACE3600 RTU rather than individual modules?
Yes. We work out the configuration from the signals to be monitored, the equipment to be controlled and the communications to the SCADA host. The quote separates hardware, licenses, engineering and installation so each part of the scope is clear.
Do you repair Motorola ACE3600 and MOSCAD equipment?
Yes, we evaluate repair options for installed Motorola equipment, including ACE power supplies, CPUs and mixed I/O modules. Send the part number, the reported fault and any diagnostic information, and contact us for shipping instructions before you ship a unit.
