Send the full part number and a description of how the equipment is used. These details help us identify the part and determine whether the request also needs a compatibility or engineering review.
Record the Complete Identification
Include the part number exactly as labeled, including its suffix, along with the model name and quantity. A readable label photo is useful when a number is incomplete. Keep separate lines for different revisions or different required conditions.
Explain the Intended Use
Say whether the part replaces a failed unit, adds capacity, supports a planned upgrade, or will be held as a spare. For a repair inquiry, describe the observed fault and any service information already available.
Describe the System Configuration
Identify the controller family and the relevant power, I/O, radio, or communication interfaces. If a substitute is being considered, request a compatibility review. A shared connector or similar description does not establish that parts can be interchanged.
Confirm the Price and Terms
Ask for condition, included components, price validity, availability, lead time, warranty, and return restrictions. Provide the delivery destination and required date so shipping can be reviewed with the equipment request.
Send a Multi-Item List
The GDS inquiry form accepts pasted part numbers and quantities, including a text or CSV list. Label photographs and other documents can be emailed to sales@gbl-data.com. Keep the same part numbers in later correspondence so the quotation remains unambiguous.
