Global Data Specialists, Inc., a certified Motorola Fixed Data Solution Provider and Value Added Reseller and formally the Motorola Phoenix Support Center, has over 30 years experience in Integration and Service of Motorola Fixed Data Products including the new generation of ACE3600 SCADA equipment and Irrinet-ACE Irrigation controllers.
Along with the Motorola equipment and programming, we offer Wonderware software Graphical User Interface packages and programming, Data Radio radios, Arad Hydrometers, and more.

Global Data Specialists provide:
- Pre-Sale Engineering Support - We can assist in system design, developing equipment lists and providing technical information.
- System integration - Including: central computer database programming, RTU application programming, on-site testing and operator training.
- Training - RTU programming training is available at either the customer site or at our facilities in Mesa, AZ. Central computer Wonderware database training can be set up on a as needed basis.
- Toll-Free Telephone Technical Support – Global Data Specialists staff of System Engineers are available for technical support during normal business hours Monday – Friday.
- Warranty Depot Repair - Global Data Specialists is Motorola’s authorized warranty repair center for the Fixed Data Products. Extended warranty contracts on these items are also available.
- Non-Warranty Repair - To avoid wildly fluctuating prices, flat rate pricing has been established on the Fixed Data products (MOSCAD, INTRAC, Irrinet, Scorpio families).
